Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10061 Updates “Developers Option Enabled”

windows-10_wpHeaderToday, I started my Windows 10 Build 10061 virtual machine to check if there are any updates - now keep in mind I manually check for updates each day. There were 4 updates that were pushed down to the machine, so to keep Windows 10 Build 10061 up-to-date I pushed the updates. Here are the updates that were pushed to the testing machine:

KB3038314, KB3049508, KB3060429, KB3060435

KB3038314 – MS15-032: Cumulative security update for Internet Explorer

KB3049508 – Microsoft security advisory: Update for vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer:

KB3060429 – ??? [no support page render on the Microsoft site]

KB3060435 – ??? [no support page render on the Microsoft site]

I believe KB3060429 or KB3060435 are the ones that made this come up inside Settings > Update & Recovery dialog box, which is the “For Developers” option:

Can’t wait to see what Microsoft has stored with this new option dedicated for developers only – can it be a new way to push out updates, customize backups or push out custom OEM images.
