Virtualizing things make life easy when you’re learning about technology. Especially, if you are planning to implement something at a job site, but you don’t have the physical hardware to do the testing. I had a client that wanted Windows Server 2012 Datacenter installed and configured with Hyper-v. I fired up my virtual infrastructure to create a virtual machine – booted into Windows Server 2012 Datacenter and started to install the Operating System. Once the OS was completed I started to configure and push out updates and then went into Role and Feature to start the Hyper-v installation, but received the following error:
