Windows 8 – Make the F8 Key Work for Safe Mode

With Windows 8 not having Boot Options when F8 is pressed it’s making many people frustrated about the using Modern UI Boot Option. There is a work-around, but I don’t really recommended because Microsoft really wants people to use the Modern UI Boot Option. The work-around will work, but I don’t recommend pushing it out to everyone :); just when needed
