I’m sorry the message actually reads error unknown switch”– auto” What is your email I can send a pic to you. I don’t have to be using the computer at all for it to pop up.

Hi I’m new to computers and your videos on YOUTUBE were very helpful! Thanks! 🙂 I keep getting this little box pop up when I’m using & even when I’m not using my computer. It says “auto switch error”. I don’t know what that means or how to fix it. your videos helped before but there is not one for this problem. If you could help me I will be so thankful. Kandace
