Twitter is having some technical issues

I was checking my phone and received a notification that I was signed out of my Twitter account. I tried logging into the site and this is what popped up. What’s the deal? Is anyone else having issues logging into their Twitter account? Can this be part of the PlayStation Hack? Sony’s The Interview did just do a live-tweet event.
