Using MDT 2013 with SQL to Deploy Applications by Make and Model

When deploying your image to machines that belong in different departments within your environment their comes a time when you want to also automate the process in picking the applications for each department during deployment. I find integrating SQL into MDT works because the database provides a section to deploy applications by make and model. Their was a client that had a particular software to be installed for only the marketing department and they were getting new machines, so rather then picking each time the software during deployment. SQL was configured to pick up the particular make and model of the marketing computers and push out the software needed without any interaction from anyone.
